Hosting and website systems also process technical request information such as IP address, browser details and requested pages. Do not send payment-card details or identity documents in an ordinary enquiry.

Information is used to provide website and account features, respond to enquiries, support orders and returns, prevent misuse and meet applicable obligations. We use information for the purpose of the interaction you request.
Cookies and essential storage
WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies or similar storage for login sessions, shopping carts and website functionality. You can control cookies through your browser; restricting essential cookies may prevent some features from working. No advertising pixel or analytics account has been connected during this build.
Service providers and embedded content
Hostinger hosts this website. WooCommerce provides the store software. The Contact page embeds Google Maps, which may receive IP address and browser information when it loads and handles information under Google’s privacy policy. Online payment processing is not yet enabled. This notice will be updated to identify payment, shipping and marketing services as they are connected.
Keeping and protecting information
We use HTTPS to protect information in transit. We retain information for the purposes for which it was collected and for applicable legal, accounting, security or dispute requirements, then delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed. Access is limited to the people and service providers involved in operating the relevant service.

Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you have supplied, or to ask about its use. We may need to verify your request and retain information required by applicable obligations. Available rights depend on the law and the business’s activities.
Browser tracking signals

Contact form and Google privacy information
The contact form sends your name, email address, message and optional order number to the store administrator by email. The form plugin does not store submissions in the WordPress database by default; the resulting correspondence is retained in the business mailbox.
